George Mason has three pre-law advisors; one for Policy, Government and International Affairs majors, one for non-majors and one for alumni. These pre-law advisors can be contacted through the Contact Us! link below. Prior to meeting with a pre-law advisor you should print and fill out the Pre-Law Applicant Questionnaire (below) and bring it to your meeting.
According to the American Bar Association, there is no best major for law school. The best major for law school acceptance is the major that you enjoy–grades are a more significant factor than major.
If you’re thinking about law school, you’ll need all the advice you can get. It’s not just about whether or not you should attend, but about how to get in and how to succeed afterward.
