‘After Virginia Votes’: Campaign Leaders Reveal Keys to Winning—and Losing—Races

The bruising political campaigns are finally behind us, and with another Election Day in the books, it’s time to examine what went right—and wrong—for some of the candidates.

The Schar School of Policy and Government  and the Virginia Public Access Project will host an evening of discussion with principal players in key Virginia campaigns Tuesday, November 13, at 7 p.m. The program is called “After Virginia Votes 2018: Retrospective on Virginia’s Congressional Races.”

Kéren Charles Dongo, campaign manager for the reelection of U.S. Senator Tim Kaine (D), and Chris Jankowski, a GOP strategist who served as general consultant for the unsuccessful reelection of Scott Taylor (R) in Virginia’s 2nd congressional district, will take the stage at George Mason University’s 

The discussion will be moderated by Schar School dean Mark J. Rozell. Founders Hall auditorium for a behind-the-scenes breakdown of their races.
