Gregory Koblentz Named One of the Top Potential PhD Supervisors in Biodefense and Global Health Security Fields

Gregory Koblentz, director of the Schar School of Policy and Government’s graduate programs in biodefense, is named by Tom Inglesby, Director of the Center for Health Security of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, as one of the top potential PhD supervisors in the biodefense and global health security fields.

The Biodefense PhD program at the Schar School is an interdisciplinary degree designed to produce the next generation of leaders who can bridge the gap between the scientific and security communities and develop new strategies for countering naturally occurring and man-made biological threats.
