Biography

Carol Walker is an adjunct professor in the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University, joining in 2013. Her research interests are American government, public law, and quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Walker teaches Introduction to American Government, Public Law and the Judicial Process, the American Presidency, Constitutional Interpretation, and Constitutional Law: Civil Rights and Liberties.

She holds a PhD in political science from Georgia State University, where she currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the Honors College. She has given numerous presentations at academic conferences and her work has appeared in many academic publications.
