The Schar School of Policy and Government offers intensive, condensed 3-credit courses in remarkable countries to provide you with comparative political experience to enhance your personal and professional development. In studying abroad with the Schar School, you will have the opportunity to network with political leaders, business executives, academics, practitioners, and other program participants, while adding to your resume.
Programs range from seven to ten days, allowing you to gain global experience without interrupting your career. Classes are typically conducted during recesses in the academic year and delve into a wide range of topics in government, policy making, international trade, regional development, health and social issues, culture, and security.

Students earn three credits from the Schar School as well as Certificates of Completion from our partner universities, such as Oxford University, the University of Pretoria in South Africa, University of Zagreb in Croatia, and Fudan University in China.
