Hear from industry experts on ways to research and build out a career roadmap from the scope of available opportunities. Panelists will share their knowledge on skills critical to preparing for professional success. A Q&A will follow.

PANELISTS:
Larry Hanauer serves as the Vice President for Policy at the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), a non-profit, non-partisan organization that promotes public-private partnerships within the national security and intelligence communities.
Curt Gaucher has recruited intelligence professionals for several years for a number of firms and currently manages a team of recruiters as a Senior Manager of Talent Management and Strategy with the Intelligence and Homeland Security Division of General Dynamics Information Technology.
Kathleen Lackey is a Staff Officer with the Department of Defense and a 2018 graduate of the Schar School’s MA in International Security. She also served as a Graduate Student Fellow with the Schar School’s Center for Security Policy Studies.
Saskia Popescu is a 2019 graduate of the Schar School’s PhD in Biodefense program and is a nationally recognized expert in hospital-based infection prevention. She also serves as a Term Assistant Professor in the Schar School’s graduate programs in biodefense.
