Organization Development and Knowledge Management Program Information and Schedule

An internationally known faculty connects theory and practice in a student-centered program that provides a uniquely integrated learning experience. Students develop OD and change management skills while working on group projects geared to understanding and developing team-based, knowledge-intensive organizations.

The Professional Studies in Organization Development and Knowledge Management (ODKM) master’s program requires 36 or 39 credit hours of course work, depending on whether the student has the requisite work experience to receive a waiver from the three-credit internship requirement.

To meet the demanding needs of working professionals, this program is offered in an ‘executive format’ — students attend classes on Friday evenings and Saturday, every other week. The interdisciplinary, experientially-oriented framework is designed for professionals in corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations, preparing them to move into positions of increased responsibility and leadership in a variety of areas, such as organizational development, knowledge management, personnel and human resources management, information technology, business process redesign, organizational change management, and project management.
